Michael S. Henderson

Michael Henderson received his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law in 1994, graduating Magna Cum Lauda and receiving many awards for academic excellence. In the years since, he has distinguished himself as an outstanding trial lawyer and advocate. Before representing individuals in the courts, Michael Henderson spent many years litigating on behalf of corporations and insurance companies. This experience gives him exceptional insight into the tactics and defenses that are now commonly used against his clients. He uses his extensive knowledge about the insurance industry to win cases for clients who have been wrongly denied insurance benefits. As a Bay Area personal injury attorney, he is a dedicated advocate, skilled trial lawyer and passionate representative for his clients.

Thomas Q. Winter (Of Counsel)

Thomas Winter received his MD degree from Northwestern University Medical School in 1967. After four years of surgical training, including two years at the National Institutes of Health, he completed a Diagnostic Radiology residency at UCSF, and became board certified by the American Board of Radiology. He practiced radiology for 25 years in Santa Rosa, California. He attended Empire School of Law and passed the bar in 1990. Prior to becoming associated with Teal & Montgomery, he practiced medical malpractice defense law. He is currently licensed as both a physician and as an attorney.
